We see Hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis
as stomach contain acid HCL , due to repeated vomitings there is loss of acid Hence causes
HypoCHLOremic , as there is loss of acid its alkalosis and its metabolic
Treatment - Ramstedt's Pyloromayotomy- where the incision is made at pylorus to cut the mucle
till where you cut ?? -- till you see mucosa bulges out through incision
