Gastrochisis and Omphalocele

Gastrochisis - Cord is normal
                        Defect is on right side of cord i.e is laterally
                        No Protective membrane

Omphalocele - as the name indicates Omphlao - Umblicus - Central defect with thin membrane underwhich you see normal bowel
